RECEIPT PRINTER OPTION
DESCRIPTION
The Receipt Printer option allows you to obtain a transaction receipt for fuel dispensed through the
Series 1000. Receipts are available only for those transactions where fuel is dispensed; error and
other no quantity transactions cannot be printed.
After you fuel your vehicle in the normal fashion and want a receipt, go back to the Series 1000
and run your card through. The system asks if you want a receipt. If you reply 1 for yes, a receipt
is printed for you and the transaction is finished.
If you do not choose to get a receipt (press 0 for no), the next time you attempt to fuel, the system
checks through the last 16 transactions with quantity. If one of these matches your account data
(i.e., card number, field 1, field 2, etc.), the system asks if you want a receipt for that transaction.
If you say yes, the system prints a receipt. You must then run your cards again to begin your
fueling transaction. If you say no, the system proceeds with a normal fueling operation.
Transaction receipts are not available if:
● There are no available receipt transactions in the system memory for your card.
● The receipt printer is in an error condition. (i.e., printer jammed, paper out, printer down).
You can issue a receipt printer command, GR, from the data terminal to obtain a receipt for a
specific transaction number.
